Huntington Beach State Park

Huntington Beach State Park is home to the Atalaya Castle and a great place to hike, enjoy the beach, picnic with the family and learn about local wild life. There are facilities for outdoor cooking and camping. The Park is located south of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on Highway 17.

While driving or strolling along the waterway in Huntington Beach State Park you will see alligators, turtles, and many other forms of wildlife. Huntington Beach is also known as a popular spot for more serious bird watchers. There is a guest center to outline where and what there is to do at the park.
