LESS THAN THREE MONTHS
Rentals of less than three months are considered vacation
rentals and are subject to 15% taxes/fees.
They require a security deposit in an amount equal to one month's rent.
MORE THAN THREE MONTHS
Rentals of three months or longer require a signed lease, the 1st month's rent
and a security deposit equal to one month's rent. No tax is required.
All rentals are subject to a departure cleaning fee and a $30.00 processing fee regardless
of the length of the stay. An optional linen rental is available for $50.00 per month (3BRs are $70).
| Monthly rentals are based on a two month's minimum stay. September is only available with a four month minimum lease; April and May are only available with a five month minimum lease; February and March are only available with a three month minimum lease (March rentals require February and January, February rentals require January and December). Unit assignments may be based on length of stay - longer stays receive priority in unit selection over shorter stays.
