Meet the Staff

Customer service has always been important to us at Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations. So, when our Internet services increased,
we quickly added another person. Heather Harrelson is our
Internet Marketing Assistant and the newest edition to our
staff. Although she took some computer classes in college,
most of her computer education comes from her mother who is
a career computer analyst.

| Because of the diverse nature of her position,
Heather feels her greatest challenge is taking in the high volume
of information needed for her position. Besides handling all
email inquiries, she also is responsible for our Internet auctions,
on-line reservations and all Internet marketing promotions.
When she is not doing these duties, she keeps busy answering
the phone and taking reservations.
Heather’s goal is to be the best at her job and to
let people know that we are Internet friendly. She is already
working on ways to ensure that all our customers receive timely
and informative responses to their inquiries.
