LESS THAN ONE MONTH

Rentals of less than 90 days are considered vacation rentals and are subject to 12% tax.

 

MORE THAN ONE MONTH

Rentals of 1 month or longer require a signed lease, the first month's rent and a security deposit
based on credit history (paid prior to moving in). No tax is required on stays over 90 days

All rentals are subject to a departure cleaning fee and a $30.00 processing fee regardless
of the length of the stay. Linen rental is $50.00 per stay (3BRs are $70).
Unit assignments may be based on length of stay - longer stays receive priority in unit selection over
