LESS THAN 3 MONTHS
Rentals of less than 3 months are considered vacation rentals
and are subject to 15% taxes/fees. They require a security
deposit in an amount equal to one month's rent.
MORE THAN 3 MONTHS
Rental of 3 months or longer require a signed lease, the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent. No tax is required.
All rentals are subject to a departure cleaning fee and a $30.00 processing fee regardless
of the length of the stay. An optional linen rental is available for $45.00 per month.
| Monthly rentals are based on a 2 month's minimum stay. September is only available with a 4 month minimum lease; April and May are only available with a 5 month minimum lease; February and March are only available with a 3 month minimum lease (March rentals require February and January, February rentals require January and December). Unit assignments may be based on length of stay - longer stays receive priority in unit selection over shorter stays.
