Myrtle Beach Resort - Reservations PolicyPersons occupying a vacation condominium must include an occupant who is at least 23 years of age. CLEANING AND LINEN PROCEDURES - Condos are provided with linen and towels, etc. for $50 per stay ($70 for 3 bedroom units). This is a one-time supply and consists of bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats, a dish towel and a dish cloth as well as sheets and pillow cases for all the beds. You will be responsible for maintaining the linen during your visit. Laundry facilities are available throughout the Resort. Units are cleaned after departure only. Departure cleaning charges are: One Bedroom $50; Two Bedroom $60; Three Bedroom $70.00. Daily maid service is available for an additional charge on all units. DEPOSIT POLICY – In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit equal to 1/2 of the total charge plus a non-refundable $30.00 processing fee. The remaining charges must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, refund of your deposit will be made except for the $30 processing fee, providing notice of cancellation is received 30 days or more in advance of your confirmed arrival date. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, all deposits will be forfeited, except in the event travel insurance is purchased, and the cause for cancellation is a covered event as determined by the insurance company. LATE ARRIVALS - In the event you arrive after our office is closed, proceed to the Security Station just inside the main gate. The Security Attendant will provide you with your key, car pass, and instructions. Please stop by our office the following morning to complete check-in procedures. Call if you have any questions. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CONFIRMATION AND BRING IT WITH YOU AT CHECK-IN - It is also your receipt for the rent pre-payment we received. Please review it completely noting the day of arrival and departure as well as the check-in and check-out times. Should you arrive early, we may not be able to accommodate you until check-in time, but you may register, settle your account and have access to the Resort.
MYRTLE BEACH RESORT VACATIONS POLICIES 1)Condition of Unit: Since each condominium is privately owned the condition and furnishings of each may vary. While we make every effort to be certain that the unit you have rented is clean and in good condition upon arrival, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction. We will make every effort to complete reasonable repairs and corrections as soon as possible. No refunds or reimbursements will be authorized to unsatisfied guests nor will refunds be authorized in the event of air conditioning or appliance failure. 2)Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during occupancy. However, damage waiver protection is included in the total price of the reservation. Click here for details of the plan and its limits of liability. 3)Keys/Lock-Outs: Two keys will be issued upon arrival and must be returned to our office at departure. Persons leaving when the office is closed may drop them in the key drop box outside the office door. Guest agrees to pay $10.00 for each key that is not returned. In the event that a lockout occurs, guest may borrow a key from our office. Should it be necessary for one of our staff to come to your unit, a $25 fee is charged, however in the event of an after hours lock-out the guest is responsible to obtain the services of a locksmith. 4)House Parties: House parties are not permitted. Should one develop during your rental period, occupancy will be immediately terminated with no refund. 5)Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted at The Myrtle Beach Resort. Sorry, no exceptions. 6)Telephones: You may make long distance calls by utilizing a Telephone Company Credit Card or by calling collect. Local calls are free. 7)Linen: Should you be using our linen rental service, all linen should be accounted for and placed in the center of the living room on departure. 8)Comparable Units: If, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with the unit confirmed, we reserve the right to provide you with a comparable one. 9)Damage/Injury: Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations, as agent for the Owner of the condo, shall not be liable for damage or injury to guest or any other person or to any property occurring on the premises or any part thereof, and guest agrees to hold Agent and Owner harmless for any claims of damage, no matter how caused. Agent will not be responsible for acts of theft or vandalism or other damage to guests’ personal property. 10)Noise: Loud noises are disturbing at all times and should be kept to a minimum but especially between hours of 11 PM and 8 AM. 11)Furniture: These are privately owned condos. Please do not remove or relocate any furniture or furnishings. 12)Access to Unit by Company Personnel: Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations reserves the right to access condominiums on their management program by authorized personnel in order to perform maintenance, housekeeping, and sales functions. 13)Bike Weeks: The Popularity of the Myrtle Beach Resort during biker weeks has necessitated the implementation of a few policies created to accommodate our guests more comfortably.
DIRECTIONS AND ACCESS TO THE RESORT: The Myrtle Beach Resort is located approximately two miles south of Myrtle Beach on Business Highway 17 South and approximately one-quarter mile north of Highway #544 in Surfside Beach. Upon arrival enter the Resort through the large wrought iron gates and Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations is located in the first building on your left. We will issue a permanent parking pass following registration. Parking passes are $5.00 for each auto. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY TWO AUTOMOBILES PER UNIT ARE PERMITTED AT THE RESORT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE Although every precaution has been taken, errors in prices and/or description may occur and we reserve the right to correct such errors.
