RENTALS OF LESS THAN 90 Days

Rentals of less than 90 days are considered vacation rentals and are subject to 12% taxes/fees.

RENTALS FOR 90 Days OR MORE

Rentals of 90 days or longer require a signed lease, the first month's rent and a security deposit
based on credit history (paid prior to moving in). No tax is required on stays over 90 days.

Unit assignments may be based on length of stay - longer stays receive priority in unit selection over
shorter stays. Other restrictions may apply. Please call 1-888-627-3767 to book a monthly rental.

All rentals are subject to a departure cleaning fee and a $30.00 processing fee regardless
of the length of the stay. Linen rental is $54 per stay (3 BRs are $75.60).
