After completing the Myrtle Beach Living Monthly Newsletter registration process (including confirming your subscription), you will be automatically qualified for the Myrtle Beach Resort Free Vacation Giveaway. You will remain eligible for the Free Vacation Giveaway as long as you remain subscribed to the Myrtle Beach Living Newsletter. All information requested on the Official Entry Form (Newsletter Registration) must be completed. By registering for the Myrtle Beach Living Newsletter/Free Vacation Giveaway, Entrant warrants that all information submitted is accurate, the Entrant meets all eligibility requirements and the Entrant gives us permission to contact them via email concerning the contest in addition to receiving the Myrtle Beach Living Monthly Newsletter. Incorrect or invalid information, illegibility, or incomplete information will disqualify the Entrant. Entries become the property of Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations, which shall be the sole judge as to Eligibility and Winners.

The Free Vacation Prize Winner, selected at random, will win a full Week’s Vacation in a Condominium at The Myrtle Beach Resort, dates to be chosen by the Winner, subject only to the Official Rules. In the event that a Winner has already made a Reservation with Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations, that Vacation will be free of charge and any moneys already paid will be refunded. The winner will be announced in the Myrtle Beach Living Newsletter and posted on our website.

Vacations will be in a Condominium selected by Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations and all Winners must abide by the Rules and Regulations of The Myrtle Beach Resort as promulgated on this Web Site. Each condominium must include an occupant who is at least 23. No Pets or Parties are permitted and occupancy is limited to six persons. There will be no charge for Guests, in addition to the Winner, up to this six-person limit. The Winner, subject to availability, will select the exact dates of their Vacation. Vacations must be scheduled for Saturday Arrival and Saturday Departure, and the week may not include a Holiday. Transportation is the responsibility of the Winner.

Entrants agree that Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations may use the names and other information submitted for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation. Entrants further agree that Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations has no liability for technical or computer malfunctions, or for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from Contest Entry or by acceptance or use of a Prize awarded hereunder, and that Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations reserves to right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.
