Age Requirements |
|
Persons occupying a vacation condominium must include an occupant who is at least 23 years of age. Reservations must also be in the name of someone 23 years of age or older.

Bike Week Info |
|
The Popularity of The Myrtle Beach Resort during biker weeks has necessitated the implementation of a few policies created to accommodate our guests more comfortably.
- Motorized vehicles are limited to five per unit.
- Trailer size is limited to 18 feet. Should you be utilizing a larger trailer, please make arrangements for off-site parking.
- Recreational vehicles and commercial trucks and busses can no longer be accommodated.
A. Recreational vehicles are defined as pull behind or self-propelled campers that provide living space. There's simply no room during these busy weeks.
B. A commercial truck is defined as anything other than the standard sport utility vehicle or pickup truck whose primary usage is transporting passengers.
C. Busses include any vehicle that provides seating for more than eight or whose utility is more closely related to a self propelled vehicle with living space.
- Day passes will be available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at $10.00 per pass. Overnight guest passes will not be available.
- Parking charges for each motorcycle and each trailer is $10.00.

Cancellation Policy |
|
In the event of a cancellation, refund of your deposit will be made except for the $30.00 reservation processing fee, providing that notice of the cancellation is received 30-days or more in advance of your confirmed arrival date. If the cancellation occurs within 30-days of your arrival date, all monies will be forfeited, unless travel insurance was purchased and the reason for the cancellation is covered by travel insurance.

Check In/Check Out |
|
Check-in time is after 4:00PM unless you purchase an early arrival. Check-out time is before 10:00AM. Our housekeeping staff depends on your timely departure in order to prepare for our next guest.

Deposit Requirements |

In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit equal to 1/2 of the total charges plus a non-refundable $30.00 reservation processing fee. Reservations must be paid in full 30-days prior to arrival.

Please note that Kings Highway is also known as US-17.
Although directions are provided below - we recommend the use of a GPS or service such as Mapquest.
Northern Points (New England, NY, NJ, PA, NC, VA): I-95 Southbound. Merge onto SC-38 East. SC-38 East becomes US-501. US-501 S becomes N US-501 Highway Bypass. Merge onto US-17 South. Take SC-544 East towards Surfside Beach/Garden City. Turn left onto US-17 Business (South Kings Highway). The Myrtle Beach Resort will be on your right.
Western Points (Nashville, Atlanta, Augusta, Columbia): I-20 East to I-95 North. Merge onto SC-327. Turn left onto US-301 N/SC-237 S/US-76 E. Continue to follow US-76 East. Stay straight to go onto SC-576 East. SC-576 East becomes US-501 South. Turn onto SC-544 toward Surfside Beach/Garden City. Turn left onto US-17 Business (Kings Highway) where SC-544 dead-ends at Ocean Lakes Campground. The Myrtle Beach Resort will be on your right (600-yards north of SC-544).
Southern Points (Jacksonville, Savannah, Miami): Take I-95 Northbound. Merge onto US-17 North via Exit 33 toward Charleston/Beaufort. Follow US-17 North towards Mt. Pleasant/Georgetown. Turn slight right onto Church St./US-17. Continue to follow US-17. Bear right at the US-17 split towards Garden City/Myrtle Beach (17 Bus.). Follow US-17/Kings Highway. The Myrtle Beach Resort will be on your right (600-yards north of Ocean Lakes Campground and SC-544).

Fireworks |
|
Fireworks are strictly prohibited on resort property and are illegal on the beachfront per order of the Horry County Police Department.

Furnishings |
|
Each condominium is privately owned, furnished and equipped according to the Owner's taste and requirements. The condition and furnishings of each condo may vary. All units are equipped with central air conditioning and heat, cable television, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Kitchen utensils, dinnerware and cookware are also provided.

Daily or mid-week housekeeping service is available for a nominal fee.

Ice |
|
Ice can be purchased at The Galley Food & Spirits. The Galley is located oceanfront on the lower level of Renaissance Tower.

Inclement Weather |
|
The South Carolina Coast experiences occasional stormy weather and power outages. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather, evacuations, or power outages. To help protect your vacation investment Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations recommends the purchase of Vacation Protection Insurance on all reservations. See the Vacation Rental Insurance section below.

Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the resort.

Left Items |
|
Left items must be reported within 24-hours of departure. We will make every effort to locate lost items. Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations is not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you request us to pick up & mail personal items to you, if found, they will be mailed C.O.D. plus a $25.00 handling charge.

Linens |
|
Short-term rentals include linens and towels. Please let us know if you will be needing sheets for the sofa bed at time of booking.
Additional linens and towels can be rented for a nominal fee. Otherwise there are laundry facilities throughout the resort.

The Myrtle Beach Resort is located on the south-end of Myrtle Beach. We are approximately three miles to downtown Myrtle Beach and six miles to Broadway at the Beach.

Mail |
|
All mail sent to guests must be sent in care of Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations. Address should include guest name and unit number. Please check with our office periodically if you are expecting mail.
Long-term guests can secure post office boxes in advance of their arrival by calling the resort's Home Owners Association at (843) 828-1300 Monday through Friday.

A meeting room capable of holding 75 people theater style is available by request (based on availability).

Non-Smoking Units |
|
Properties are designated as non-smoking. We cannot guarantee that the property will be smoke free; however, we will make every effort to respect this request.

Occupancy Limits |
|
All two bedroom units accommodate six people. Although some studios and one bedroom units have sleeping accommodations for six people, we recommend occupancy of four persons maximum.

Pets |
|
The resort homeowners association does not permit pets of any kind on resort property. Our staff will be happy to recommend local kennels should you wish to bring your pet.

The Galley Food & Spirits is open year round. The Galley serves delicious subs and sandwiches. In unit pizza delivery is available during peak season.
The Quarterdeck Beach Bar & Grill is open during the peak summer rental season. Enjoy live entertainment, cool drinks, great food & a fantastic view during the summer months.

Senior Citizen Discount |
|
10% discount for senior citizens (55 or older) renting and occupying a condo during the off-season. Discount cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

Telephone |
|
All units have at least one telephone and their own telephone number. Select local calls are free. Calling or credit cards are required for all long distance phone calls. If someone is trying to reach a guest by phone, we will simply provide the unit's telephone number.

Transportation |
|
The Grand Strand Myrtle Beach Area stretches 60-miles. Car rental is recommended for those guests flying to Myrtle Beach.

Vacation Rental Insurance |
|
Vacation Rental Insurance is automatically added to all reservations. If not declined with the initial deposit, the travel insurance can not be cancelled or refunded at a later time and is non-refundable after 10 days of initial deposit payment. Vacation Protection Insurance can only be requested with initial deposit and is non-transferable. We are unable to provide this protection at a later time. Certain Restrictions Apply. To help protect your vacation investment, Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations recommends the purchase of Vacation Protection Insurance on all reservations through a third party, CSA Travel Protection, Inc. Myrtle Beach Resort Vacations is not liable for any claims, disputes, policies, refunds, restrictions etc. CSA Travel is the sole provider of Travel Protection Insurance and all questions, claims, etc. are handled directly by CSA Travel. View Types |
|
The entire Resort is located between the highway (Business 17) and the ocean. There are no public roads between any condos and the beach. The resort has Two Bedroom, One Bedroom, and Studio units available with varying views of the ocean. View designations are described below:
Ocean Front - Directly facing the beach/ocean.
Tower Ocean View - While on the side, the view of the ocean and beach is superior.
Lower Ocean View - Again, on the side but with an excellent view of the beach/ocean.
Moderate Ocean View - A side unit from which the ocean is visible but the view decreases as the distance from the beach increases.
Park View - You cannot see the beach or ocean from your unit.
