Departure Cleaning: Units will be cleaned by our Housekeeping Department after departure. Departure cleaning charges are as follows:
1 Bedroom Units - $50
2 Bedroom Units - $60
3 Bedroom Units - $70

Linen Service: Condos are provided with linen and towels, etc. for $54 per stay (3 BRs are $75.80).

Processing Fee: $30.00

Damage Waiver: $6 per Day
