Departure Cleaning: Units will be cleaned by our Housekeeping Department after departure. Departure cleaning charges are as follows:
1 Bedroom Units - $55
2 Bedroom Units - $65
3 Bedroom Units - $75

Linen Service: Condos are provided with linen and towels, etc. for $54 per stay (3 BRs are $75.60).

Processing Fee: $30.00

Damage Waiver: $6 per Day
