Don’t worry about the kids missing out on the Easter Egg Hunt while you are on vacation, as we know the perfect place to go. Head on over to McLean Park in North Myrtle Beach, hosting their 41st Annual North Myrtle Beach Easter Egg Hunt. This will be on Saturday, April 8th starting at 10:00 am. This event is free to participate in, and there will be plenty of different age groups for the kids to enjoy. We do recommend that you arrive early as parking will be limited. Don’t miss out on this fun and annual activity on your Easter vacation.

Surfside Beach Easter Egg Hunt & Children’s Fair

Another great event near Myrtle Beach is the Surfside Beach Easter Egg Hunt & Children’s Fair. On Saturday, April 8th, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm is where you’ll be able to find this fun event. Admission to this event is free of charge, and the hunt will be for children ages ten and under. Along with the Easter Egg hunt, they will be hosting a children’s fair that will include live entertainment, bounce houses, food, and different vendors. Bring the whole family out to this event for a day of fun!

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

Head on over to Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach on Saturday, April 8th, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am for an exciting breakfast with the kids. In this event, you will need to book this in advance but included in the price of the breakfast is early admission into the aquarium, a delicious breakfast, a picture with the Easter Bunny, and so much more. Plan so you don’t miss this fun and exciting breakfast.

While many other fun events are happening along the Grand Strand this Easter, we wanted to share these with you. Now is the time if you haven’t booked your Myrtle Beach vacation rental for your upcoming trip. We can’t wait to hear which event you enjoyed the most!

It’s hard to believe that Spring Break will be here before you know it. Spending some time with us at Myrtle Beach Resort will keep you and your family close to the action that will be happening in the area. For years, families have come to Myrtle Beach to spend their Spring Break here and this year is the perfect year to do it. Let’s look below at what you and your family can do while you are enjoying your break from school and work.

Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival

Spend Spring Break with us at Myrtle Beach Resort

Have you and your family ever experienced the Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival before? If you haven’t, then you are going to be in for a treat. This year the City of Myrtle Beach is hosting the popular Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival from April 1st to 3rd, 2022 in the Oceanfront Boardwalk District. This event is free to attend and will have several different food options that you can choose from. Some of the food trucks that you will be able to try are Time to Eat, Maggie Mae’s, Donut I Love U and EZ Cheezy. There will also be live entertainment for you to enjoy such as music and even a kid’s zone. Don’t miss this fun event as you can eat and have fun together as a family!

Easter Egg Hunt

If you have smaller children and you aren’t too interested in the Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival, then bringing them to the Easter Egg Hunt may be better. Happening at McLean Park in North Myrtle Beach is where your family can enjoy collecting eggs in their baskets. There will be different areas for each age group starting from infants and up. The hunt will begin at 10:00 am on April 16th, 2022 and is free to attend. What a great day to spend with the family as you hunt for Easter eggs in the park.

Beach

Coming to the beach during Spring Break will always have different things to do but spending the day or more on the beach is what you’re looking for. Pack a lunch, grab the beach chairs & umbrella and go down and find your spot. Let the kids play in the sand making sandcastles, digging holes or hunting for shells is what vacation is about. Think of the new memories that you will make on the days you spend on the sand. What a great way to spend Spring Break then on the sand and by the surf.

While there are many other things you can do during Spring Break, these are a few things we wanted to share with you. If you haven’t booked your next vacation to stay with us at Myrtle Beach Resort, now is your time. We can’t wait to see you and your family as you take a break from life and enjoy it at the beach!
